Dr. HE Hua is an Associate Professor in China Pharmaceutical University. She received her Ph.D. degree from China Pharmaceutical University and postdoctoral training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her research interests are developing physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) models, quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) models and virtual clinical trials to facilitate drug development and therapeutic optimization for cancers and cardiovascular disease. Her group is currently funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) grant.

副教授，2013年毕业于中国药科大学获药代动力学博士学位，2015年至2016年于美国北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校进行定量药理学博士后研究工作。目前任职于中国药科大学药学院药理系，同时担任中国药理学会定量药理学专业委员会委员，药物代谢专业委员会青年委员会委员。研究方向为综合运用生理药动学（PBPK）模型、定量系统药理学（QSP）模型以及虚拟临床试验等方法进行抗肿瘤和心力衰竭治疗药物的新药研发和临床精准用药研究。主持国家自然科学基金2项；发表科研论文20余篇。参编专著1部，教材2部。
