Dr. Zhou gained her Ph.D. in Pharmacometrics at Peking University in 2013, and had post-doctoral experience in Quantitative Systems Pharmacology at Johnson & Johnson in Belgium from 2013 to 2015. During that period, she worked as a modeler involved in a project of European Innovative Medicine Initiative (IMI); applied Quantitative Systems Pharmacology models to assess the effects of target binding on the clinical efficacy of anticoagulant and psychotropic drugs. She worked as an Oncology Clinical Pharmacologist at Novartis before joining GSK in 2016. She is currently taking the lead role in China in developing Clin Pharm strategies that enable simultaneous multi-regional development, providing strategic oversight for China projects to ensure Clinical Pharmacology activities were closely linked to portfolio deliverables. She also works as China lead in delivering Model Informed Drug Development strategies to impact project decision-making and accelerated development.

博士，于2013年在北京大学获得定量药理学博士学位，2013年至2015年在比利时杨森公司从事定量系统药理学博士后工作。在此期间，她参与了欧洲创新医学计划（IMI）的建模及模拟工作- 应用定量系统药理学模型评估靶点结合对抗凝血和精神药物临床疗效的影响。在2016年加入葛兰素史克之前，她曾在诺华公司从事肿瘤药物临床药理工作。她目前在GSK带领中国临床药理团队制定项目战略，以实现多区域同步开发。同时还作为牵头人负责提供模型引导的药物开发战略，以影响项目决策和加速研发。
