Dr. Chen Naihan is the Associate Director of Pfizer Clinical Pharmacology. Dr. Chen is responsible for clinical pharmacology strategy as well as related clinical trials and registration applications in the field of oncology and rare diseases. As the Asset Team Leader, Dr. Chen has supported the research and development of three oncology products in China. She graduated from Smith College with the highest honor Summa Cum Laude and later obtained her PhD degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (ranked No. 1 in the United States). With more than 20+ academic papers, Dr. Chen focuses on drug development strategies and applications of clinical pharmacology.

陈乃涵博士，现任辉瑞中国临床药理副总监，负责肿瘤和罕见病领域产品整体临床药理策略以及相关的临床试验和注册申报，并作为项目团队负责人支持三个肿瘤产品的中国研发。作为Summa Cum Laude最高等级荣誉毕业生，陈乃涵毕业于美国史密斯学院，后于北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校药学院（全美排名第一）获得药学博士学位。陈乃涵参与发表了20余篇学术论文，总结探讨药物开发策略及临床药理的应用价值。
