So far, she has participated in more than 90 phase I clinical studies of new drugs and served as PI for more than 40 projects, most of which are Category 1 new drugs. The treatment areas involved include tumors, autoimmune diseases, blood system diseases, cardiovascular diseases, liver diseases, kidney diseases, digestive system diseases, nervous system diseases, infectious diseases, endocrine system diseases, etc.
Provide full-process clinical/quantitative pharmacology support for innovative drugs.
She is currently employed as the Secretary-General/Standing Member of the Quantitative Pharmacology Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmacological Society, a member of the Biochemistry and Molecular Pharmacology Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmacological Society, a Youth Member of the Clinical Pharmacy Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and a member of the Ethics Committee of Peking Union Medical College Hospital.

至今参与超过90项新药I期临床研究，担任PI 40余项，其中绝大多数为1类新药。涉及治疗领域包括肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病、血液系统疾病、心血管疾病、肝脏疾病、肾脏疾病、消化系统疾病、神经系统疾病、感染性疾病、内分泌系统疾病等。
为创新药提供全流程临床/定量药理学支持。包括临床前数据分析，从临床前到临床的PK/PD预测与首次人体剂量推算，首次人体方案设计，早期临床研究中实时PKPD指导下的方案优化，健康人到患者的桥接，早期健康人/患者PKPD数据分析和RP2D设计，中晚期临床数据群体药代药效动力学分析等。
目前被聘为中国药理学会定量药理学专业委员会秘书长/常务委员、中国药理学会生化与分子药理学专业委员会委员、中华医学会临床药学分会青年委员、北京协和医院伦理委员会委员等。
