She mainly engaged in clinical pharmacology and early phase clinical research and development of innovative drugs. she has completed more than 80 phase I clinical studies so far, being responsible for the whole process including protocol writing, project management, subject management, data management, data analysis and CSR writing.
While worked in CDE, she participated in the review of about 200 IND projects and 20 NDA projects.

2007年至2009年在荷兰莱顿人类药物研究中心工作，从事早期临床试验工作；
2010年至2017年在北京协和医院I期研究室工作，担任研究医生和I期病房负责人；
2017年至2019年任北京天坛医院机构办主任和I期临床研究室主任；
2019年至2021年任国家药品审评中心（CDE）外聘临床审评员，主要从事神经系统和抗病毒新药的临床审评工作；
2021年12月至今，任泰格医药首席医学官。
主要从事临床药理学与新药早期临床研发，迄今完成超过80项I期临床研究，全程负责方案撰写、项目管理、受试者管理、数据管理、数据分析和报告撰写等工作。
在CDE期间，参与约200个IND项目、20个NDA项目的审评工作。
