Zhenlei Wang, Ph.D., Associate researcher & postgraduate tutor of Sichuan University, Associate professor of West China Hospital of Sichuan University. He currently serves as the supervisor of Clinical Pharmacology Laboratory of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, the supervisor of quantitative Pharmacology Research group of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, the supervisor of Western Pharmacometrics Youth Forum, and the secretary of the Key Laboratory of Clinical Research and Evaluation of Innovative Drugs of National Medical Products Administration of China. He received his PhD from Peking Union Medical College/Tsinghua University in 2017. His research interests mainly include early clinical research of innovative drugs using population pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, physicality-based pharmacokinetics, cross-species/population extrapolation, and precision medicine for special populations (children, pregnant women, and the elderly). As the principal investigator (PI), he used virtual population research technology to complete the first case of virtual research-based drug marketing approved for pediatric population in China. At present, he has undertaken more than 10 various projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and participated in more than 30 phase Ia/b and IIa clinical trials of 1.1 innovative drugs. He has published more than 20 SCI articles as the first author or corresponding author.

博士，四川大学副研究员、四川大学华西医院副教授，硕士生导师，现任四川大学华西医院临床药理研究室主管、定量药理研究组组长，西部定量药理学青年论坛负责人，国家药监局创新药物临床研究与评价重点实验室秘书。2017年于北京协和医学院/清华大学获博士学位，研究兴趣主要包括采用群体药动学/药效学、基于生理的药动学、跨物种/人群外推等技术手段开展创新药物早期临床研究及特殊人群（儿童、孕妇、老年人）精准用药研究。作为项目负责人使用虚拟人群研究技术完成我国药企首个基于虚拟研究获批儿科人群用药上市的案例，目前作为主要研究者承担包括国家自然科学基金在内的各种课题10余项，参与超过30项1.1类创新药物的Ia/b及IIa期临床研究，以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI文章20余篇。
