Dr. Ma is currently the Vice President of Clinical Pharmacology at Wuxi Biocity. Dr. Ma was the head of China Pharmacometrics , Global PMx, Pfizer. He initialized the Clinical Pharmacology Department of Hengrui. And then, to pursue the applications of pharmacometrics in the emerging modalities, he joined Overland for ADC and allogeneic CART, Abogene for mRNA, and Clover for fusion protein/trimer-tag. Dr. Ma has intensively supported the clinical development and launch of over 30 products in various therapeutic areas and participated in the clinical development of over 100 products. Dr. Ma has developed various preclinical to clinical dose prediction models to accurately predict the clinical dose of undisclosed new therapeutics, and the application of pharmacometrics has played a critical role in the clinical development of various emerging modalities. His pharmacometrics experience spans a wide range of therapeutic modalities and the full product lifecycles, including compound/antibody screening, preclinical to clinical translation, all phases of clinical development, registration and post-marketing, and the real world. Prior to joining Pfizer, Dr. Ma was sponsored by AstraZeneca (Sweden) and Pfizer (USA) to conduct post-doctoral research in Pharmacometrics at Uppsala University, Sweden, under the supervision of Prof. Mats Karlsson and Prof. Lena Friberg. Dr. Ma graduated from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University and received his Ph.D. from Zhejiang University with a research interest in machine learning and pharmacokinetics.

现任无锡智康弘义临床药理副总裁。曾任辉瑞全球定量药理学中国负责人，创建了恒瑞创新药临床药理部。而后为了定量药理学在最新治疗形式中的应用，先后加入了ADC与异体CART的瓴路药业、mRNA的艾博、三聚体的三叶草。马博士深入支持了各治疗领域超过30个产品的临床开发与上市，参与了超过100个产品的临床开发。马博士开发了各种临床前至临床剂量预测模型，精准预测了未披露新治疗形式的临床剂量，应用定量药理学对各种新治疗形式的临床开发起到了至关重要的作用。定量药理学经验覆盖了各种治疗形式和全产品生命周期，包括化合物/抗体筛选、临床前到临床转化、临床各阶段开发、注册上市、上市后以及真实世界等。加入辉瑞之前，马博士受瑞典阿斯利康和美国辉瑞资助在瑞典乌普萨拉大学跟随Mats Karlsson和Lena Friberg教授从事定量药理学博士后研究。马博士毕业于沈阳药科大学，于浙江大学获得博士学位，研究方向为机器学习与药代动力学。
