Currently as Vice President - Head of Clinical Pharmacology, in Clinical Research & Development, Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine Co., Ltd.

Focused on the field of clinical pharmacology with 21 years of relevant experience, including 12 years in clinical pharmacology roles at multinational pharmaceutical companies.

Before joining Hengrui, served as Head of Clinical Pharmacology in AstraZeneca R&D China for 4 years, as global Clinical Pharmacology in Bayer Healthcare Global R&D Center for 4 years, and as Senior Clinical Pharmacologist in Novo Nordisk China for 4 years. Before that, also worked as Clinical Pharmacist for 6 years in Beijing Tiantan Hospital.

Holds a Doctor degree of Internal medicine from Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University, master degree of Pharmacology from Peking Union Medical College, and bachelor degree of Pharmacology from Peking University Health Science Center.

Member of the Committee of Quantitative Pharmacology Chinese Pharmacological Society, and the Committee of Clinical Pharmacology Shanghai Pharmacological Society

现任江苏恒瑞医药有限公司临床研发部临床药理部负责人（副总经理），主要负责早期临床研发的临床药理工作，涉及肿瘤和非肿瘤领域。
专注于临床药理学领域，拥有21年临床药理学领域相关工作经验，在跨国制药外企有12年临床药理工作经验。 
在加入恒瑞之前，曾在阿斯利康担任中国研发部临床药理学负责人，并曾在拜耳、诺和诺德等跨国制药公司担任全球高级临床药理学专家等职。 在此之前，还曾在北京天坛医院药剂科工作6年。
拥有复旦大学上海医学院内科学博士学位，北京协和医学院药理学硕士学位，北京大学医学部药理学学士学位。
担任中国药理学会定量药理学专业委员会委员和上海市药理学会临床药理专业委员会委员
