教授，2010年毕业于重庆大学计算机学院，获工学学士学位。2010至2016年在上海交通大学从事生物物理研究，获理学博士学位。2016至2022年在加州大学圣地亚哥分校医学院进行博士后研究，2022年4月晋升为Assistant Project Scientist。2023年加入南京大学现代生物研究院，组建“复杂疾病和定量生物学”实验室，任助理教授，研究员，博士生导师。

Dr. Gaowei Wang obtained his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Chongqing University in 2010 and PhD degree in Biology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2016. From 2016 to 2022, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Medicine, University of California, San Diego, and was promoted to Assistant Project Scientist in April 2022. In 2023, he joined the Institute of Modern Biology at Nanjing University and established the "Complex Diseases and Quantitative Biology" laboratory.
