Prof. Li Liu is interested in pharmacokinetics. His research group is interested in the regulation of metabolic enzymes and transporters in diseases such as diabetes, liver injury and kidney injury. He also has been committed to physiologically based pharmacokinetic and model informed drug development.
He has published more than 80 peer reviewed articles, of which 70 has been indexed in the SCI. He is also one of the Editor-in-chief of the book ‘Pharmacokinetic Drug Interactions’. In addition, he served as the editorial board member of Journal of China Pharmaceutical University.
中国药科大学教授，博士生导师，江苏省“青蓝工程”学术带头人、“333工程”高层次人才和“六大人才高峰”培养对象。现任中国药理学会药物代谢专业委员会理事，中国药理学会定量药理专业委员会理事，江苏省药理学会临床前药理专业委员会副主任委员。专业方向为药物代谢动力学，具体研究方向为：疾病状态下代谢酶和转运体功能与表达调控，另外在创新药物药物代谢动力学和PBPK-PD模型方面具有研究特色。主持4项国家自然科学基金和多项省部级研究项目；主持1类创新药物的临床前药代动力学研究共10项。近5年共发表相关SCI论文40篇，同时也有部分研究工作发表在药代动力学领域权威期刊如British Journal of Pharmacology, Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B和Clinical Pharmacokinetics。
